Berne Financial Services Agreement (BFSA) webinar

The Berne Financial Services Agreement webinar follows the publication of operational guidelines for firms on regulator websites on 3 November and will be a valuable opportunity for both UK and Swiss firms to understand how to prepare for and utilise the Agreement ahead of 1 January 2026.

The webinar will feature speakers from Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and HM Treasury.
