I will cover how to deliver on a breakthrough cyber security program across a global organization building on the Procter & Gamble global transformation completed in 2022, the session will cover the importance of risk assessments, strategy development, selection of solutions, governance, organizational design and very importantly how to measure progress (using the NIST Cyber Security Framework).
