Helen Clark, former Prime Minister of New Zealand (1999-2008), and past Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Helen Clark has also served as Vice Chair of the Global Leadership Foundation and currently holds the position of President of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, also known as Chatham House.
