Loyens & Loeff bolsters Corporate M&A practice with Nicolas Wehrli as partner in Switzerland

Wednesday 4th, October 2023 - Loyens & Loeff is pleased to announce that Nicolas Wehrli has joined the firm’s Zurich office as a Partner in the Corporate M&A practice group.

Nicolas has extensive experience representing clients on complex M&A, private equity and other significant corporate matters. He advises corporate and private equity clients across various industries with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure, healthcare and technology sectors. Nicolas is joining us from Deloitte Legal where he was a Partner and the Head of Transactions.

Nicolas received an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Law from the Universities of Zurich and Geneva. He is admitted to practice in Switzerland and New York.
